This Privacy Policy is effective from May 26, 2026. It applies to the Global Gas website, Global Gas customer mobile app, and related digital services operated for NEW GLOBAL OIL & GAS ENTERPRISES.

Information collected

Data we may collect

We collect information needed to create and manage LPG customer service, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, service area, dealer mapping, customer registration details, selected cylinder details, booking records, refill records, payment mode, delivery status, feedback, support messages, and customer notifications. During registration, the app may ask for identity or address details required for LPG service onboarding.

The app uses Firebase phone authentication for OTP verification. We may receive a Firebase authentication token after successful OTP verification and exchange it with our backend to create a secure customer session. The app also stores a session token locally so customers can stay logged in unless they log out or the session expires.

How we use information

We use customer information to verify login, process registrations, map customers to dealers, show dealer inventory, create LPG cylinder bookings, create refill requests, show booking and refill history, deliver notifications, provide customer support, manage feedback, improve service quality, protect accounts, and meet operational or legal requirements.

Sharing

When information is shared

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share necessary information with authorized Global Gas dealers, distributors, super stockists, plant or support teams, and service providers who help operate authentication, hosting, communication, customer support, analytics, infrastructure, or security. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to prevent misuse.

App permissions and third-party services

The mobile app requires internet access to connect with Global Gas services. It may open the phone dialer or email app when the customer taps support contact options. OTP delivery and verification are handled using Firebase Authentication, which is provided by Google Firebase and is subject to Google Firebase terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

How long we keep data

We keep information for as long as needed to provide LPG services, maintain booking and refill records, support customer requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect business operations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customer choices

Access, update, and deletion requests

Customers can update certain profile details in the mobile app. To request access, correction, account support, or deletion of personal information, contact Global Gas using the details below or visit our account deletion request page. Some operational records may need to be retained where required for service, legal, safety, accounting, or compliance reasons.

Children and updates

Children’s privacy and policy changes

Global Gas services are intended for LPG customers and business partners. They are not directed to children. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
