Global Gas customers can request deletion of their mobile app account and associated personal data by contacting our support team using the details below.

How to request deletion

Send your request from your registered phone number

To request account deletion, email us at [email protected] or call +91 94296 94338. Please include your registered mobile number, customer name, and delivery address so we can verify the account before processing the request.

You can use the subject line “Global Gas account deletion request”. Our team may contact you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion is completed.

What we delete after verification

After verification, we delete or anonymize personal profile data linked to your Global Gas customer app account, such as name, phone number, email address, delivery address, account session data, app feedback, and customer support details that are no longer required for service or compliance.

Data retained

Some records may be retained where required

Certain LPG service records may need to be retained for legal, safety, accounting, dispute resolution, inventory, delivery, tax, or regulatory compliance reasons. This may include booking history, refill history, invoice references, delivery status, and transaction records where retention is required by applicable law or business rules.
