TALUK LEVEL DEALERSHIP

Each Taluk will have one DEALER appointed by the DISTRIBUTOR and the supplies will be done through the distributor In turn, the Taluk level dealer will supply to the direct consumers.

Procedure to Appoint Taluk Level Dealers:

Our facilities strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO). These guidelines encompass secure storage protocols and safe handling practices, ensuring that every aspect of our operations aligns with industry-best safety standards.

Dealership Appointment Process:

Request Letter Submission: Aspiring dealers submit a request letter along with soft copies of KYC documents to the DISTRIBUTOR.
- a. GST Certificate
- b. Office Address
- c. Proprietor or Partners Aadhar Card & PAN Card
- d. Proposed Go-down Details with Address
KYC Scrutiny: The DISTRIBUTOR scrutinizes the KYC documents within seven days of receipt from the aspirant dealer.
Offer Letter Issuance: Upon successful scrutiny, the DISTRIBUTOR issues an offer letter to the dealer.
Physical Document Submission: The dealer submits physical copies of KYC documents to the DISTRIBUTOR upon receiving the offer letter.
Financial Transaction: The dealer makes a Demand Draft (or) RTGS payment to DISTRIBUTOR for License, Empty Cylinder and Gas (LPG).
Agreement Execution: The agreement between DISTRIBUTOR and the dealer is executed once the amount is credited to the distributors account.
License Application: The dealer applies for a license with KYC, along with a registered lease or rental agreement of the go-down, taking 60 days for processing.
Delivery of Cylinders with Gas: The next-day delivery of cylinders with gas takes place once the license is granted.

DISTRICT LEVEL DISTRIBUTOR

Each DISTRICT will have one DISTRIBUTOR appointed by the SUPER STOCKIEST and the supplies will be done through the SUPER STOCKIST. In turn, the district-level distributor will supply to the taluk level dealers. The distributor has to appoint dealers in the particular district in which he has been appointed by SUPER STOCKIST.

Procedure to Appoint Distributors:

Request Letter Submission: Aspiring distributors submit a request letter along with soft copies of KYC documents to the SUPER STOCKIST.

- d. Proposed land documents pertaining to the Go-down and Details with Address

STATE LEVEL SUPER STOCKIST

Each state will have one SUPER STOCKIST appointed by the company who will appoint district-level DISTRIBUTORS. The SUPER STOCKIST will appoint distributors in the particular district for which they have been appointed as a SUPER STOCKIST.

Request Letter Submission: Aspiring super stockists submit a request letter along with soft copies of KYC documents to the COMPANY.

- d. Proposed Go-down Details with Address
KYC Scrutiny: The COMPANY scrutinizes the KYC documents within seven days of receipt from the aspirant super stockist.
Offer Letter Issuance: Upon successful scrutiny, the COMPANY issues an offer letter to the super stockist.
Physical Document Submission: The super stockist submits physical copies of KYC documents to the COMPANY upon receiving the offer letter.
Financial Transaction: The super stockist makes a Demand Draft (or) RTGS payment to NEW GLOBAL OIL & GAS ENTERPRISES for License, Empty Cylinder and Gas (LPG).
Agreement Execution: The agreement between NEW GLOBAL OIL & GAS ENTERPRISES and the super stockist is executed once the amount is credited to the company account.
License Application: The super stockist applies for a license with KYC, along with a registered lease or rental agreement of the go-down, taking 60 days for processing.
Delivery of Cylinders with Gas: Next-day delivery of cylinders with gas takes place once the license is granted.
